From the Rodeo Sports Network Homepage

• Click Sign In
• Enter Username and Password
• Click Login

• Click Sign In
• Click Forgot Username? OR Forgot Password? Link
• Enter First Name, Last Name, the VALID email address in your file, and the Human Verification Code.
• Click Submit.You will receive an email with your login information

The first page you see after login is your personal information.

• Click Edit button
• Update your personal information (we use your SSN and a valid email address to identify and communicate with you)
• Click Save button
• Read the information provided then click Agree and Continue button at the bottom of page

• Select the Association from the drop-down list
• Enter Year
• Click Build Report
• Click on PDF document icon  to print or save report

• Select Partner’s Group from list
• Enter the RSN# for one person and click Lookup Contestant
• Click the box for the correct action
• Click on Submit Group Change

To do this you first need to sign in to your RSN account

1. Select Register from the Main Menu
2. Select Rodeo from the list
3. Select the rodeo you want to enter from the drop-down menu on left
4. You can either select someone from your Partners Group by clicking on the drop-down menu or you can enter a RSN# for the contestant you want to enter
5. Click Verify
6. Click Add – repeat steps 4-6 until you have all the contestants you want to enter showing the box on right - box 2
7. Select Event - box 3
8. Select Performance preferences - boxes 4A, 4B, 4C, etc
9. Select Contestant from lower right box - box 5
10. Click Register – repeat steps 7-10 until you have everyone entered
11. Scroll down page and review the entries.If everything is good then Click Finish
12. You are now looking at the Confirmation Page.Click on the PDF document icon  and either print or save the file – this file contains all the entries and the confirmation number

NOTE:  If someone is not entered correctly Click the Red “X” icon  next to that person’s name and then reenter them in the correct event/performance following steps 7-10.  Once everything is the way you want it follow steps 11-12.

To do this you first need to sign in to your RSN account

• Select My Data from the Main Menu
• Select Confirmations from the list
• Enter your confirmation number
• Click Edit Confirmation
• Click on Pencil icon
• Change your preferences
• Click on Save icon

This can ONLY be done while the books are OPEN.

From the Rodeo Sports Network Homepage,

• Select Daysheets from the Main Menu
• Select appropriate 1^st approved Association from the list
• On left side of page you will see a link for “Minor’s Release”
• Click on that link, print Minor’s Release

The Minor’s Release must be signed and Notarized BEFORE you get to the rodeo.  Give the competed document to the Rodeo Secretary when you check in.

Yes.  You can drawout of a rodeo online if you entered online and it’s within the acceptable Association limits.  To do this you first need to sign in to your RSN account.

• Select My Data from the Main Menu
• Select Confirmations from the list
• Enter your confirmation number
• Click Edit Confirmation
• Click on the Red “X” icon 
• “Withdraw Contestant From Rodeo?” – Click OK
• Entry status will change from “Active” to “Withdrawn”

This can ONLY be done while the books are OPEN.

You will see a link for the rodeos available, click on the appropriate link and the daysheet/draw for that rodeo will open

To do a trade with another contestant you must first have the confirmation numbers or the last four of the Social Security Number for every contestant involved in the trade.

Rodeo Sports Network will execute trades per the rules of the 1^st approved Rodeo Association.  To trade for an APRA, IPRA, MSRA, or SRA 1^st approved rodeo, call RSN at (800) 639-9002 or (800) 547-6336 between 9AM-4PM, CST, on approved “trade” days.

For all other associations you will need to call their office.

Rodeo Sports Network currently accepts turnouts for the following 1^st approved associations:

To turnout you will need to call RSN at (337) 304-1840 during the following hours:

Monday – Friday    9AM – 4PM, CST

Saturday               10AM – 4PM, CST

You must call at least 3 hours PRIOR to the performance or slack you are entered in or by 4pm CST, whichever comes first.
